The person responsible for updating the course information must participate in a half-day user training held by the Info Bank editorial team. The Info Bank team releases information on training days online and via its co-operation network.

Once the training is complete, the updater will maintain the organisation’s information online by logging in to the updating address with a personal username and password. The Info Bank editorial team is responsible for providing support and advice on the use of the system and for contacting the service supplier in order to resolve technical problems.
If the updater is changed, the Info Bank editorial team must be notified as soon as possible. Users must not disclose their personal user ID and password to anyone.
